not working at sing post from next week onwards
i find it damn hard to close deal as compared to retailer shop
at least retailer shop they have com to check customers' coverage and contract
whereas, sing post have nothing but one handphone to call for IVR
so damn troublesome
brendon said it is easier than retailer shop as we do not need to promote other plans
if i have a choice i would rather choose retailer shop than sing post
there is only one person in the sing post promoting mio while all the staffs in retailer shop will have to promote mio
besides that, people who went into sing post either they are paying their bills or to send parcels
who will go sing post to sign for mio?
i really tried, perhaps I'm not enthu enough or my smile is too fake that's the reason why i can't close deals
customers are giving me all kinds of excuses
1)"why so stupid subscribe the BPL? we can go coffee shop watch for free"
"singtel is using fixed line, i think its too dangerous(i don't know where the danger comes from). why not singtel and starhub combine?"( you think want combine then combine ar? say is easy)
2)"this BPL every month need to pay $25, i rather subscribe the don't know what market TV, got all channels which only cost 300 plus per year. who says is illegal to watch this?"( i don't know what exactly he talking about so I'm only smiling and nodding my head pretending i understand)
3)"No No, i got MA-YEO TV at home, thank you"( i haven't even start my conversation with him, we only got eye contact)
4)"i got cable TV at home, what's the use to subscribe another stb? waste money"

6)"i will subscribe BPL next week, just terminated my cable TV"
a lot a lot of excuses!!!
it's really demoralizing when the customer are not listening to you and you're there trying so hard to explain to him
i told brendon i will only work for road shows or ntuc fair as i love team work!!
i'm eating alone almost everyday, damn bored

oh ya, i did mention that i will blog about class gathering in this entry
we met at lot1 for breakfast and took xb's car to sentosa after that
mh went for the gathering as well
that was the first time i asked him out

when we reached there, it was still very sunny
the sand was damn hot
however, just after 1 hour came the heavy rain
all of us rush into the pavilion shelter
all the dark chocolates were there too
they were taking pictures and videos of female milk chocolates
idiot!!
i was damn tired after 15min of Frisbee match as zoe kept asking me to run
i got no stamina

saw eunice and hui fang in the toilet
we gossip while waiting for our turns to shower
haha
meet everyone at bugis for steamboat
martin that group can really eat!!
they ate for about 3 hours non stop
the ingredients in the soup were already burnt but they continue eating
haha
they took the last train at 11.47pm while xb drove xw, wk and me home
