but my first day of work my pay was deducted by 1hour
reason being one group did something wrong and manager gave them 2 choices
either that group will not get pay the whole day or everyone who worked yesterday deduct one hour pay
so what did they did exactly?
as the group they served, guests were not at their seats for quite a long time
when they seat down they will leave after awhile
so the food(3dishes) on their showplate were not touch at all
when the last dish came in(dessert) of course the showplate was full of food and our colleagues do not have space to place their dessert
normally we will clear off the food on their table and place the last dish
but when the guest came in, they asked "where's the 3 dishes. i haven't eat at all?"
i know is our colleagues fault to clear away their food but they were also not on their seats for so long therefore is normal to assume that they have left(though is wrong to assume)
anyway, the guest complained to our manager and request for 10percent discount
which is about $800 discount(as there were 80tables)
therefore, manager said he also can't helped us this time and must deduct our pay so that we won't make the same mistake next time

anyway, i had diarrhoea after work
while waiting for bus my stomach already cannot stand it
when i reached home, i threw all my things on the floor and ran to the toilet straight
while bathing i still lao sai 3 time!
shit till my legs trembling(serious!)
going buy work shoe tomorrow(those auntie kind) as it won't hurt my feet
my 2 big toes were damn painful due to the heels i wore to work
taking my TP on this thursday!!!
