i always can't access to internet due to my super lousy laptop!
i don't know why others said fujitsu is good but why not mine?

i went servicing but that idiot person said something that is useless
i told him my laptop can't sign in hotmail, when thumbdrive or any usb cables put into my laptop, all my folders will automatically become shortcut folders and it can't be opened in other coms or laptop!

but the real problem comes when i reached the service centre, the person checked and said everything working perfectly fine
i was damn shocked and asked him if he had checked thoroughly but he said if he did not see the problems in his own eyes he also can't help me

then what can i do?
